Select a one-hour timeslot for your consultation. Most initial consultations last one hour, but an additional 30 minutes are available if needed. Consultations are via Google Meet but alternatives are available upon request.
Both consultations include a 60-90 minute virtual consultation. Materials emailed as follow-up include a search map, links to online instructions and poster/flyer templates.
The Basic Lost Pet Consultation does NOT include any follow-up phone or email support. This can be purchased separately as Additional Consultation Support.
The Comprehensive Consultation includes everything in the Basic Consultation plus two hours of follow-up phone/email support. It also includes assistance with design of two posters/flyers. There may be more available times for Comprehensive Consultations.
This service requires the initial purchase of a Lost Pet Consultation.
Additional Consultation Support is available via phone, text and/or email. Phone support is not "on call" and must be scheduled. Texts and emails will be returned during office hours.
Additional Consultation Support time must be used within one month of purchase.
