On-Site Services Reservation

An On-Site Services Reservation will hold your spot for on-site assistance.   On-site services include searches with a cat detection dog, rental of humane traps and surveillance cameras, posting of posters/flyers, and assistance trapping including specialized capture of skittish or hard-to-trap dogs and cats.  On-site service packages are highly customized and may include travel fees, searches, and equipment rental in addition to an on-site consultation.  For more information, click on the Description tab.

Description

All on-site services require a Lost Pet Consultation.  If you start with a phone consultation ($120), you can later upgrade to an on-site consultation for an additional $180.  The $300 fee includes a Lost Pet Phone Consultation with up to 1 week phone/email support, travel up to 25-miles from South Hadley, MA, and either a 2-hour search with the cat detection dog or $100 worth of other on-site services such as trapping, trap or camera rental or postering.  On-Site Services are primarily available within 100-miles of South Hadley, MA (near Springfield).

On-site service packages are highly customized and may include travel fees, searches, and equipment rental in addition to an on-site consultation.  Additional On-site Service fees include searches with a cat detection dog ($50/hr), rental of humane traps and surveillance cameras (starting at $25/ea per week), posting of posters/flyers ($30/hr), and assistance trapping including specialized capture of skittish or hard-to-trap dogs and cats.  There is an additional fee of $1.00/mile round-trip for each mile beyond the 25-mile service area plus any applicable tolls, parking fees or lodging costs (if necessary).  To receive an estimate, please fill out a Lost Pet Form.

An On-Site Services Reservation will hold your spot for on-site assistance.   Upon completion of on-site assistance, you will be required to pay the remainder of the on-site services fee (if any) based on services rendered.  Cash, check and PayPal are all accepted.  For cancellation policies, please see the Services Agreement.

Scheduling On-Site Services

  1. Submit a Lost Pet Form.  If you have questions prior to purchasing on-site services, please note this on the form and you will be contacted.
  2. An estimate will be emailed to you along with available dates/times for on-site assistance.  Searches are generally conducted in the afternoon/evening with at least 3 hours of daylight before dusk.  Trapping is usually started in the evening and continued overnight.
  3. Purchase an On-Site Services Reservation using PayPal.  Please note: you do not need a PayPal account to use PayPal.
  4. If a phone consultation has not already been provided, you will be asked to complete a Lost Pet Questionnaire and to return it along with copies of any posters or flyers that you are currently using.   If your pet went missing within 24-hours, this step may be skipped.
