An On-Site Services Reservation will hold your spot for on-site assistance and go toward payment of requested on-site services. On-site service packages are highly customized and may include a consultation, a 2-3 hour physical search, rental of humane traps and surveillance cameras, posting of posters/flyers, and assistance trapping including specialized capture of skittish or hard-to-trap dogs and cats. If you are outside the local service area, additional fees may include travel and in some cases reimbursement for tolls, parking and accommodation (for multi-day searches). Upon completion of on-site assistance, you will be required to pay the remainder of the on-site services fee based on services rendered. To receive an on-site estimate, please complete a Lost Pet Form.
All on-site services include a consultation. If you start with a lost pet consultation and later purchase on-site services, the cost of the consultation (up to the cost of a Basic Consultation) will be deducted from your on-site services fee.
