If you start with a Consultation or On-Site Services and find that you need additional support in your search, you can purchase Additional Consultation Support. Hourly consultation support time must be used within 1 month of purchase. You may receive additional support via phone, email and/or text – whichever works best for you.
Phone time is not “on-call” and must be scheduled. If you would like to schedule at the time of purchase, check availability here. Emails and texts will be returned during business hours.
If you purchased a Lost Pet Search Plan or the Online Lost Pet Recovery Instructions, you may still purchase Additional Consultation Support. However, support will be limited to email only.
